§1 Dress code – different sides

These are the dress codes for the different sides. It is mandatory to dress accordingly.

Civilians:

  •  Civilian clothes, Ponchos
  • Headgear: Headscarf or no headgear
  • no maximum number of participants

Rapid Response Team:

  • All clothes must be tan and multicam
  •  Headgear: Boonie tan or multicam
  •  Permitted camouflage Patterns
  •  Facepaint allowed
  •  Special operations
  • Spend the whole time of the event in the field. Need equipment for 3 days and 2 nights on person.
  •  E-mail booking only
  •  Maximum 25 members

Government military

  •  Jacket and trousers in the same color/ camo pattern
  • Permitted are the colors grey, brown, tan, coyote etc., and all camo patterns with mainly grey-brown-beige colors, for example Multicam, MTP, ACU, MARPAT Desert, A-TACS AU, A-TACS LE, UCP, PenCott Badlands, Kryptec Highlander, Desert DPM, Flecktarn Tropen, Daguet. If we didn`t list your camo pattern, please use common sense: We want the government troops and the insurgents  to look differently. A pattern with too much green in it isn`t suitable for the government military.
  •  Headgear: Helmet in allowed colors and patterns 
  •  Maximum 150 members

 

Insurgents

  • Jacket and trousers in the same color/ camo pattern
  • Permitted are the colors green and olive, and all camo patterns with mainly green colors, for example Woodland, PenCott Greenzone, Kryptec Mandrake, VSR, Flora, Digi Flora, Flecktarn, MARPAT Woodland, Digital Woodland, M84, M90, M05 Woodland, A-TACS FG, KLMK. If we didn`t list your camo pattern, please use common sense: We want the government troops and the insurgents  to look differently. A pattern with too little green in it isn`t suitable for the government military.
  • Headgear: Helmet in allowed colors and patterns, shemag
  • Facepaint allowed
  • Maximum 100 member

 

Guerilla

  • Mixed clothes: civilian pants, no green, tan, brown or olive or any camo pattern! The best thing would be to wear jeans, track pants or civilians work trousers etc.
  • Upper body: Green, brown, olive or tan.
  • Headgear: Boonie or basecap in green, brown, olive or tan.
  • Maximum 100 members

 

Corporate Security

  •  All clothes in black (exemption: vest in tan if black is not available)
  • Headgear: basecaps in black, or no headgear
  •  Maximum 100 members

Traffickers/ mercenaries

  • All kinds of clothes are allowed. It is also allowed to change into different clothes during the event.
  • Headgear: everything is allowed
  • Maximum 50 members

§2 Vehicles

In-game vehicles are allowed. Here are the requirements for registering your vehicle and the info you have to provide us:

  1. Send us photos of your vehicle.
  2. Is the vehicle street-legal and registered or not?
  3. Is the vehicle free of technical problems (brakes, steering, leaking fluids etc.)?
  4. Technical specifications of the vehicle (e.g. 4wd, mounted weapons, troop carrier etc.)
  5. Color
  6. We require you to provide medical and evacuation services with your in-game vehicle if needed.
  7. The maximum number is 15 vehicles.
  8. In-game vehicles will be marked with a sticker.

If you provide us with this information during the booking, you can travel to the event with your vehicle. The final permission to participate with your vehicle will be given after an inspection in the off-zone.

Only the owner/ operator is allowed to drive the vehicle. The organizer of the event can`t be held liable for any potential damage to the vehicle or accidents caused by the vehicle. It is only allowed to drive on the roads – off-road driving is strictly prohibited. The in-game speed limit is 15 km/h.

VEHICLE HIT:

This system works fully automatically (see video) and it does not requirs nobody carrying a banner 🚩 or somthing else.

Short note:
There will be differences in hit difficulty, depending on whether it is a lightly armored vehicle (1 box) or heavily armored vehicle (2 boxes).


 

§3 Energy limits

There is zero margin for the energy limits for airsoft guns. The guns will be chronographed with the BB weight that you use during the game.

Also the energy of the guns will be checked randomly during the event. If your gun exceeds the limit, you will be expelled from the event.

Energy:

  1. AEG/GBB/HPA max. 1,64 Joule
  2. Bolt action max. 2,80 joule, minimum distance 25 m, use backup (pistol) for closer distances
  3. DMR max. 1,87 joule (Scope and semi-only required)

Ammunition:

  1. Bio BBs only
  2. Real cap and mid cap magazines only (exception MGs)

Maximum ammunition on person:

Reloading only in the respective HQ, base, village

  1. Sniper 150 + 60 pistol
  2. DMR 400 + 40 pistol
  3. Rifle 600 + 40 pistol
  4. MG 180

§4 Pyrotechnics

  1. Only mechanical grenades are allowed.
  2. No burst or explosive devices are allowed (animals in the area!).
  3. Only smoke grenades bought on location from the organizers are permitted. Also the use of these maybe be forbidden due to circumstances like severe

§5 Timetable

Arrival

Thursday 19.09.2019 from 10:00 – 21:00, access-road will be closed at 21:00

Friday 20.09.2019 from 06:00 – 10:30, access-road will be closed at 10:30

  • 06:00 – 08:00 Breakfast

§6 Rules of Conduct

Alcohol/drugs/violence

Prior to and during the game it is strictly prohibited to consume alcohol! We will expel any violators from the event. We won`t refund your ticket.

The possession, sale or consumption of illegal drugs/ substances during the event or around the area is prohibited. We will expel any violators from the event. We won`t refund your ticket.

It is strictly prohibited to use physical or psychological violence towards participants, organizers or civilians!

Waste

There will be plenty of garbage bags on location. Please use these for your waste. Leave the location like it was your own.

Fire/ smoking

There will be designated places for fires. It is not allowed to start fires without permission from the organizers. Smoking is only allowed at the designated locations. Take your cigarette butts with you. Dumping cigarette butts is strictly prohibited.

In-game chrono

There will be random chrono checks during the game. If a gun exceeds the energy limit, you will be expelled from the event and the area. We won`t refund your ticket.

Camping – setting up tents

There will be different locations where you can camp and set up your tent. The organizers will show you which location you’re allowed to use. We will provide you with electrical outlets in the off-zone. Pleas don’t bring your own generators.

These are your options:

  1. OFF-ZONE color of tent doesn`t matter
  2. INGAME camo tents, dark colors (no yellow, bright red, orange and such – cover these with camo netting)
  3. CARAVANS there will be locations for these

We will provide a shuttle service between INGAME and OFF-ZONE. The schedule will be on display.


§7 Construction of fortifications, bases and encampments


Digging holes and cutting down trees is strictly prohibited. You can use dead wood or material already on the ground for construction purposes. Don`t damage the vegetation or the ground.

We will provide you with designated construction materials for fortifications, bases and encampments.


§8 Safety

You should equip yourself according to the weather, the location and the conditions. Bring spare sets of clothes.

We require you to bring a minimum of equipment. The following equipment is absolutely mandatory:

  1. Safety glasses
  2. Heavy duty footwear

§9 Mandatory Equipment

This is a MILSIM/ LARP event. Hence certain equipment is mandatory to participate. We will check all participants prior to entering the game area. You will have to get this equipment if we find it missing before you will be allowed in.
